Join us for our Live event or Run Your Race - At Your Own Pace - At Your Place!

​If you run live: Join at the starting line for the 10k and 5k on November 4th. Race starts at 8:00 a.m.  1-mile race will start 5 minutes after 5k start, please line up at back of 10k/5k runners

Note- 10k runners must complete in 1 hour, 15 minutes.

If you run virtual: Choose your own distance to run, bike, walk, swim or stroll - and get it done anywhere, anytime from November 3-5, 2021.

On or Before November 3rd -10k- $40     5k- $30     1mile- $25
Includes unisex or ladies' poly blend t-shirt 
(Ladies' shirts are fitted and run about two sizes smaller than the typical unisex. Ladies please order one or two sizes up!)

Shirts guaranteed if registered by October 9th. 
After October 9, shirts may be available in limited numbers until supplies run out.
Once they are gone, sorry- no t-shirt, but you'll feel great knowing  you’re helping hungry people here in Rochester! ​
